I did listen and she said “keep your net carbs at around 35g a day” and once people learn to “burn fat for fuel”.... so yes. That’s keto

So Suz is in recovery from an eating disorder, is not a certified nutritionist or dietician, and she counsels people on how to eat Keto. Keto IS a restrictive diet. Any kind of restrictive diet does promote food confusion. It confuses people about whether carbohydrates are good or bad. How about educating people on making healthy food choices based around a healthy variety of foods. And teach behavioral change.... also- if you have disordered eating- seek help! Not keto.
